WEDF 2017 is jointly organized by the International Trade Centre and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary. It will be held on Wednesday, 25 October and Thursday, 26 October 2017 at Budapest Congress Center, Hungary.

WEDF includes facilitated business-to-business (B2B) meetings that will be held at the same venue on Tuesday, 24 October, and Wednesday, 25 October.
