The MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Center (MARC) is honored to welcome Lord Neuberger for a seminar on  'Ethics in International Arbitration'.

David Edmond Neuberger, Baron Neuberger of Abbotsbury, PC Hon FRS, became a judge in the United Kingdom in October 1996. He served as President of the UK Supreme Court and the senior member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council from October 2012 until his retirement in September 2017. Before that, he was a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary until the House of Lords' judicial functions were transferred to the new Supreme Court in 2009, at which point he became Master of the Rolls, the second most senior judge in England and Wales. He is currently a Non-Permanent Judge of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and a Judge in the Singapore international Commercial Court, and practices as an arbitrator.

The Seminar will be followed by networking drinks.

Registration fees are Rs 5,000 per participant on a first come first served basis as seats are limited.
