The MCCI, in collaboration with MRA Customs, will be organizing an Awareness Session on the Mauritius Trade Link (Single Window) platform on Tuesday 26 July 2016 from 09.30hrs to 11.30hrs in the MCCI Conference Room, Port Louis.

The Mauritius Trade Link was officially launched in January 2016 with the objective of providing an online platform for the application of import and export permits. The project is currently in its pilot phase and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection will be the first Government Agency to be integrated on the platform.

A presentation will be made by representatives of MRA Customs on the procedures for submitting electronic applications for import permits on the new portal. The presentation will be focused on permits issued by the Trade Division of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection.
