The MCCI received the visit of His Excellency Veiccoh K. Nghiwete, the new Ambassador of Namibia to Mauritius. A meeting was held with Mr. Azim Currimjee, President of the MCCI and Mr. Raju Jaddoo, Secretary-General, on the 5 July 2017.
HE Veiccoh Nghiwete expressed the wish that there is further collaboration between the business communities of both countries.
The President of the MCCI, Mr Azim Currimjee, was of the view that bilateral events could be organised so as to facilitate the exchange of best practices and to share experience on both chamber and business activities.
The Ambassador was accompanied by Mrs Nghiwete, Mr Silas Jeremia, Defence Attaché and Mrs Lynda Kok Shun, the Consul of Namibia to Mauritius.
