The Cabinet of Ministers of the 6th December 2019 has approved extension of the Trade Promotion and Marketing Scheme to exports to the United States of America(USA) as from January 2020.

The Scheme provides a 40% refund on air freight cost for exports to USA. The objective is to enable local operators to increase their exports to USA. As a reminder the Scheme is currently applicable on air freight cost for exports to the European Union and the United Kingdom.
