The Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection has published new regulations on the shelf life of imported food products. According to the new regulations, all imported food products should have a ‘valid shelf life‘ of at least 50% at the time of shipment.

The new regulations will come into force on 15 June 2020 and will not be applicable on products shipped before the coming into operations of the new regulations.
