Business updates

An induction session between the Management and the new Council Members was successfully held on 18 April 2023 at the seat of the MCCI in Port-Louis.

The meeting, chaired by the President of the MCCI, Mrs Namita Jagarnath-Hardowar, saw the participation of the newly appointed Council members who have been apprised of the role and functions of the organization.

Presentations were made on the Advocacy role of the MCCI as well as the facilities and support offered by the institution to members of the business community.

The new Council Members have also been provided with further details on the Mediation and Arbitration Center Mauritius (MARC), GS1 Mauritius, Tax Refund System and the MCCI Business School.
