Fostering an ADR Culture in Mauritius
This is a fact: Mauritius is, slowly but surely, emerging as an undisputable regional place for arbitration, not only within the near Ocean region it belongs to, but also more broadly for the African continent as a whole. What could better illustrate this unstoppable trend than the holding, next May, of the 23rd ICCA Conference in the exotic, tolerant and ambitious island, at the crossroad of the African, South-West-Asian, French and English cultures?
