Business updates

Following the implementation of the Environment Protection (Banning of Plastic Bags) Regulations 2020 on 1st March 2021, the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) has issued the following communiqués on plastic bags:

Fake biodegradable/compostable plastic bags (30 December 2021)
Net bags used for packaging and for carrying goods (31 December 2021)
