Business updates

Following the Budget Speech 2016/2017, there have been several amendments to the Customs and Excise regulations and these changes are applicable as from 30 July 2016.

The amended Regulations are as follows:

Customs duties – List of products on which duties have been removed

Customs Duties -  New duties applicable on Sugar and Alcoholic Beverages

Excise Duties - New duties in Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco products, Pesticides and Motor Vehicles

Review of the Excise (Valuation of Motor Vehicles) Regulations
