Applications for Import Permit at the Trade Division of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection will need to be submitted online on the new single window system, The Mauritius Trade Link, as from 1st January 2017.

Importers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers and their Agents will no longer be able to submit new applications for import permit on the older version of the single window system as from 1st January 2017.
