SME Partnership Fund
Aim of Scheme
Foster the creation, restructuration and consolidationof small and medium enterprises
Investment Range
Participation in a project can vary from Rs 300,000 to Rs 10M representing up to 49% of the SME share capital. The promoters of the SME must invest a minimum of 51% in the share capital.The total project cost should exceed Rs 600,000.
Share Redemption Terms
Investment below Rs 3 M
- SMEs have a maximum of 5 years to redeem/ buy-back SPF’s shares in the company
- For each Rs 100 invested by SPF, the redemption price per share will be the higher of either the Net Asset Value or specific prices determined by SPF (Rangers from Rs 108 to Rs 150).
Investment above Rs 3 M
- SMEs have a maximum of 5 years to redeem/ buy-back SPF’s shares in the company
- For each Rs 100 invested by SPF, the redemption price per share will be the higher of either the Net Asset Value or specific prices determined by SPF (Rangers from Rs 108 to Rs 177).

All productive sectors are eligible for financing. Only viable and feasible projects are considered
