The collaboration which exists between the Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the MCCI (MARC) and the above-named organizations has yielded valuable and best practice exchanges. It is expected that MARC will develop into a prime national and international center for the resolution of business disputes through ADR techniques such as arbitration and mediation.
