The Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized with Parker Randall and CUTS International a 2 day Workshop on Competition Policy and Law – Anticompetitive Practices and Trade Remedial Measures on 3 and 4 February 2010 at Hilton Hotel.

The Hon. Sylvio Tang, Minister for Consumer Protection and Citizens Charter, officially opened the Workshop.  Representatives of the Competition Commission of Mauritius were also present namely the Acting Chairman, Mr. Rajiv Servansingh and  the Executive Director, Mr. John Davies.  Eminent experts from India and South Africa came to share their experience with the Mauritian audience composed namely of private sector representatives.
