Model contracts for SMEs
The Guide to Model Contracts for Small Firms is a joint publication of the MCCI and the International Trade Centre.
The objectives of the guide are to provide business people, particularly the SMEs, with the necessary tools and information in order for them to optimize business opportunities and to comply with international practice.
The guide incorporates standards and recognized international practices which will make their use as simple as possible in a global context.
These standard model contracts for key business activities such as the sale of goods, distribution, service provision, joint ventures, etc are a concrete, practical way to secure international deals involving small firms.
